Tips for your first class:
Please come 15 minutes before your first class.
Bring a yoga mat, large towel, and water bottle.
Don’t eat for about 2-3 hours before class.
HYDRATE! Drink plenty of water the day of your class.
Wear something light (women shorts/tank top or sports bra, men shorts or swim trunks).
Consult your physician about physical conditions or drug prescriptions prior to taking class.
Come ready to sweat!
