Tips for your first class:
- Please come 15 minutes before your first class. 
- Bring a yoga mat, large towel, and water bottle. 
- Don’t eat for about 2-3 hours before class. 
- HYDRATE! Drink plenty of water the day of your class. 
- Wear something light (women shorts/tank top or sports bra, men shorts or swim trunks). 
- Consult your physician about physical conditions or drug prescriptions prior to taking class. 
- Come ready to sweat!
